As a part of the hospitality industry, I hope you realize the need of addressing people properly. Irrespective of the designation you hold in the hotel, I think that the proper way to address would be either – Khun or Mr as the case you may want it to be. Even the GM of the hotel addresses me that way. Secondly, the spellings of my last name are Soni and not Sony.
This gives me the impression that you don’t have half the knowledge of what problems exist.
The below email you have sent seems to be a standard response that we will correct the situation/ train the teams/ speak to the staff etc. Was there an investigation into my problems actually? I don’t think so. And did it really take 4 days and so many reminders to mail this response?
The water bottles were never placed in the room, fruit platter – not for 4 days!!
Smoking room request- well lesser said the better. In the exceptionally cold weather in Bangkok, rather than being in the comfort of my room, I was expected to go down each time I wanted to smoke.
Do you think you have addressed any of these issues in your email?
Regards
