As previous similar exercise, it is time for us to provide an updates on our Supplier List to adidas SEA Team, as above attached file.

We have 5 Suppliers listed in the adidas FFC Website, as above attached list, and we will need to fill in the following updates;

1. Column ‘G’ – Supplier’s Strategic Rating to L&E Operations;

a. Guidelines, as follow;

• 10 = most strategic; which will mean this is the ONLY Supplier we have on hand to provide this packaging products, no substitute is available currently

• 5 = mid strategic; which will refer to there are alternative Suppliers within our L&E Group to substitute this Suppliers in the event of any crisis occur

• 1 = least strategic; which there is alternative Suppliers in your local Ops for substitution in the event of any crisis occur

• AND any numbers in between will determine the ranking among them in each of the categories

b. Kiang, pls discuss this portion with your Country Manager, Somjit, to determine each Supplier’s ‘Strategic Rating’ to our L&E’s Operations

2. Column ‘H’ - % of factory’s overall capacity devoted to adidas production;

a. As per our previous exercise done, as well as the above ‘Self-Explanatory’ statement, pls indicate the % of their production for adidas against their total product capacity

b. Pls obtain this info from your respective Suppliers directly

3. Column ‘I’ – Product Type (if you do not know, just leave it blank);

a. Footwear

b. Apparel

c. Accessories

4. Column ‘J’ – Product Description;

a. Shoes Box

b. Outer Carton

c. Inner Box

d. Hanger

e. Hangtag

f. Tissues

g. any others packaging products, be specific

5. Column ‘N’ – Remarks;

a. Any remarks you will like to highlight

In addition, pls also verify if the above list is complete, i.e. any Factory is left-out ….
