Turkey has been a mordernised Islamic country for a few decades na krub. They used Latin alphabets, consume alcoholic drink, have modern dress, do not have to fast and pray five times a day during Ramadon (depending on how strict a person is), and are allowed by law to have only one wife.
However, you still for sure face difficulties and problems of have a Turkish boyfriend or husband. Lots of things are different between Turkishes and Thais.
Religions: If your boyfriend is strict in Islam, you will have to change your religion to Islam. If he is not, then you only have to declare yourself as Muslim in every official paper, but may behave as normal Buddhist, Christian, or whatever you real religion is.
Cultures: Turkish and Thai cultures are different. This affects very much on ways of thinking and behaviours. Turkishes are aggressive and always upset easily when they are disturbed. Thais are on the other hand calm and peaceful. When there is a conflict, Turkishes are unlikely to listen to what the other side is saying. This happens a lot especially when the other side is female.
Those are the biggest difference in general na krub. I strongly believe that they play the most important part for the two persons.
Now, it comes to your specific case. You should find a fundamental reason why you and he flirt each other. Do you hate Thai guys because they are not sincere? If yes, that's not complete true na krub. There are still lots of good guys in Thailand. The problem is, you do not meet one for you yet.
Then, why does he flirt you? He may flirt you because you are just a Thai woman. Be reminded, those guys in other countries often look down at Thai women and mostly try to approach for sexual relation. He may also not like to have a Turkish girlfriend because he is fear of commitment. In Turkish culture, if a man starts flirting a woman, he will normally be asked from the beginning about marriage na krub.
Once you figure out the true reasons and still think that it is a true love, then you should start thinking about your future in case you and he get married.
You will then come to Turkey and stay here for the rest of your life (unless he can find a job somewhere else). I guarantee that your life will be very boring. You cannot find any work here. If you do not live in big cities like Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya, your life will be very difficult due to language and strictness of Islam. To be straighforward, your responsibilities in Turkey are to be a housewife, produce children, and grow them up. That's all jing jing krub.
I did consult two Thai women who had / has Turkish boyfriends. You are the third one na krub. Everyone seems to face the same obstacles.
I also meet a Thai woman who married to a Turkish man and now has one child here. She does not seem to be happy with life loey na krub.
Think carefully and I wish you good luck and all the best krub. - See more at: http://www.atriumtech.com/cgi-bin/hilightcgi?Home=/home/InterWeb2000&File=/home2/searchdata/Forums/http/www.pantip.com/cafe/lumpini/topic/L1908022/L1908022.html#sthash.XjpmRzLA.dpuf
