If you have requested a refund after the scheduled event day, cancellation fee will not be refunded.
There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made before midnight on the day of the booking.(Note: Cancellations are not allowed for tickets booked on the same day.)
Once the ticket is set out for delivery, cancellations requested through web/mobile apps are not allowed, and delivery fee is non-refundable.
Once the ticket is set out for delivery, cancellations should be requested to the customer center of Interpark before the scheduled date of the event.
Any fees incurred from cancellation and delivery will be charged on the same credit card that you used for purchase.
Ticket cancellations are not allowed after 5pm one day before the event (after 11am on Saturdays) or on the date of the event date.
