According to the related literature review, subjective norm is deemed as a combination of perceived expectation from relevant individuals or groups along with intentions to comply with these expectations. Subjective norm is an individual’s perception of social normative pressures, such as whether the behavior was engaged or not; in other words, the most people who are important to the consumer’s perception should or should not perform the behavior in question depends on the consumer’s perception (Ajzen & Fishbein, 1975). Subjective norm use their impact upon intention to affect the behavior (Kavassalis, 2003). The positive behavior support the positive intention to perform the behavior, thus the subjective norm tends to be weakest the intentions (Armitage, 2001).
