1. Bring flour, red chili paste and half amount of water in to mixed bowl, mixed together. Add corn and stir again, add more water if need, need well for a few minutes. Observe the dough is good enough for set to flat ball. Seasoning with salt if need
2. Set the dough to small flat ball of corn cake, size 1 inch diameter, set aside. If you set the ball in the same time to try it, it’s take times. Be careful, to set too thick ball because it’s hard to trip and unripe inside sometime.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, making sure the pan is well heated before adding the oil. Drop a corn cake into the oil. Notice the corn cake, Fry the corn cake on each side until well yellow and crispy. Put it for sock the oil kitchen tower paper. Serve warm with sweet sauce
