Our investigations show that the consignment was accepted as received in complete and good condition on 9 Nov 2015 and no evidence have been provided to show that any damage or loss occurred during the course of TNT’s services. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Carriage and the Warsaw/Montreal Convention, any damage or loss must be noted at the time of delivery. We regret that we are unable to proceed with your claim.
