At the beginning of the Project, the seller and the Purchaser shall each designate a
Project Manager, who shall be fully acquainted with the project, and, until otherwise noted
in writing, ( each by its Party ) the project managers shall serve as ( full time) representatives
of their Party for the Project. The Project Managers shall have full authority to act on behalf
of their Party, to bind their Party for the purpose of this agreement.
