- Ensuring Vice President schedule organize and continuity update. Answer all incoming calls and direct accordingly
- Monitor contract with building owners as well as negotiate about rent, service, utility and supplies equipment of office.
- Co-ordinate with team members to develop a new site this involves gathering information about new locations prices, and cost of developing.
- Audit cost of new site before approval of account department.
- Consult with manager of branches on a regular bosses to discusses and solve problems such as detail of contract building, pest control contract etc.
- Administrate support as required.
