My advice here for all:
1. Agree with K Jazz that we need to understand internally what the plan of production is like - K Aom to lead this with Planning
2. But at this moment, all of us need to work together from my TH team to Meiko to DBS to ensure we move export products out faster so pls bear with this for the moment... I'm happy that Meiko also tries to avoid higher cost for Shell but for now we need to increase loading even if it means loading on Saturdays which by right is under contract
3. Just as important the team needs to find ways to also move export products out faster e.g. by having more frequent sailing & not juat depend on usual operations or loading Saturdays... explore morw options with DBS or even with PAN as well for e.g. - K Aom to lead this
4. No. 3 is important because otherwise we will always be facing increasing stock, increasing costs & we have to depend on looking for more warehouse space which is difficukt in TH... the important point is faster throughput
5. I do suggest the 3PLs & freight forwarders also contribute ideas that will make this more efficient & cost effective
