The relative amounts of these five phenolic compounds found in EEMT were in the order of maclurin (0.48 mg/g) > morin (0.20 mg/g) > resveratrol (0.15 mg/g) > rutin (0.09 mg/g) > isoquercitrin (0.05 mg/g). On the other hand, in Fig. 1B, two main peaks from unknown compounds A and B with retention time at 13.4 and 23.7 min, respectively, were observed.
