Add more symptoms of situation in your department.
You might consider adding some headings for current situation. For example,
Workload management – what happens to workload, show some numbers to prove that workload has increased causing stress.
Ad-hoc project- what happens to ad-hoc projects, show some numbers of ad-hoc projects.
To my understanding, both workload and ad-hoc projects are factors influencing the ability for staff to remain positive (smiling) when interacting with others e.g., teachers, parents and students.
If turnover is high in your department, please also mention that.
