Did you know that researchers predict mobile devices will outnumber the Earth’s population (roughly 7.5 billion) by 2016? It’s true. We humans love our smartphones and tablets. It's how we connect anywhere, at any time, for everything we want to do — whether we're buying shoes during a commute or looking for a new job at lunchtime. And the more devices we have, the more we come to expect from the businesses with which we interact. Companies that don’t adapt key strategies to suit mobile devices will lose out to competitors that do make changes. Period. Surprisingly, however, many recruiters are still perplexed by mobile.
