Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle all the inbound and outbound calls for Customer propoerly and promtly in the operation canter.
Follow up with customer request within specific time frame and up to good quality standard.
Understand customer nedds and provide comprehansive solution, enabling the customer to enjoy the professional service.
Deliver of quality service to meet the productivity benchmark and service standard.
Input and update all the records in system or files properly.
Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the company.
Education and Experience:
Thai nationality only
Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner, good analytical skill, attentive to details .
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of both written and verbal English and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
Shift duty is required.
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
