Can you follow up with these questions:
1. Food Additive List – what is this document? Is this the “recipe/formula” or goes along their batch production card to the floor?
2. Production Order S015-0369 – Spec reads “PS-020” and formula “STD.MRG (M+N+S). Does that mean added to the product was (Salt + LMP-2X + Nutrious-NP)?
3. Soaking Report – dated 21-9-15. Lot code of chemicals show “mixed phosphate” lot date 17-9-15. Is this the LMP-2x? Anything else added?
4. Glazing – what glaze solution was used? Any chemicals added to glaze solution?
