In addition, the influence of the G/C ratio on the thermal degradation of the microcapsules and the microencapsulation
efficiency was more accurately analysed by TGA. Figure 4 shows the influence on thermal behaviour of the microcapsules with different G/C ratios. Previously, characteristic peaks corresponding to raw materials were identified: TTO (oil evaporation at 140 C), gelatine (degradation peak at 325 C) and CMC (a degradation peak at 291 C).
