This document describes the user requirement of new small ingredient room which include in scope of FIT Improvement Plant Project. Beside this new small ingredient room has to replace the existing area and expand SI built-in space, it has to fulfil the advantage of allergen contaminants and flammable substance separation in restricted area, safety risk of smell and powder disperse controlling and ventilation improvement including SI preparation practice development. In term of HACCP and safety risk assessment, this improvement project will support food safety and personal employee safety aspect.
