Before we can look into replacing the name, we will need you to return this payment to our office in Vancouver, Canada. If you have the original envelope this payment came in, please place the letter and cheque back inside, seal it with tape and write “Return To Sender” on the envelope.

I would also advise that you update your name on Global Test Market’s website so this will not happen again on future point redemptions. Check Support does not have direct access to members’ accounts so I cannot make this change for you. Please log onto their website and click the Contact Us link on the homepage. Use the scroll-down menu to select My Account and enter your change of name request in the comments box.
