Prior to evaluation, samples were poured into ISO/INAO clear
wine glasses and covered with petri glasses approximately an hour
and a half prior to evaluations so as to allow time for equilibration
and warming to room temperature (approximately 20 C).
Panelists were given a cuspidor, unsalted crackers and MilliQ water
to cleanse their palates between samples. Data were collected by
computer using Compusensefive (Guelph, Ontario, Canada).
