Well and faithfully serve the Employer and devote the whole of its working time attention and skills as the exigencies of the Employer’s business may require, and use its best endeavors to improve and extend such business and to protect and further the interest of the Employer,
ii)Perform diligently such duties, exercise such powers and comply with such directions in relation to the business of the Employer and consistent with its office (including overseas travel) as may from time to time be assigned to or vested in him/her by its management,
iii)Conform to and comply with the reasonable and lawful directions and instructions made or given to him/her by its management,
iv)Regularly and continuously report to the General Manager on the conduct of his/her duties.
