Shouldn’t we have reverted to customer earlier? Customer says he has not heard back from us/UOBT and when they called, we told that loan is still in process.
Anyway, will let boos/HO know that our MS will be in touch with the customer to obtain more docs before we can consider the case again. Hopefully this time within 3 to 5 days with a yes or no.
