aforementioned standard deviations of the three wind components
come into focus. In Table 3, the values from Robins (1979) are given
together with those derived from ultrasonic anemometer measurements
at Kittsee in Eastern Austria for a roughness length of
0.02 m. For the latter, either the class limits of Golder (1972) from
Table 1a, delivering the OSP values in Table 3a, or the class limits
from LASAT (Table 1b), delivering the OSP values in Table 3b, are
used.
