after I write down all the problems I have saw, I’ve got some ideas about the solutions. I think the first problem should solve is the food. The head chef should learn about the new dish. Improving his skill makes the food more delicious and check their storage every day. Rotten ingredients must not keep in the store after they checked the storage they must take the rotten to the garbage. Although the service in the restaurant is bad or not well, the most customers still come to have meals. About smoking and drinking alcohol that must not do in the restaurant, they should set the rules for every staffs including the owner too. It can be suggested that they should have some penalty when they take the actions that must not be done in restaurant. The owner have to listen carefully to customers, be polite to suggest them an alternative or try to solve their problem Every day the owner has to discuss with subordinates and help each other fix or suggest the new idea to fix the problem. And the last one, all staffs should know their own duties and have the responsibility to their best with their full effort.
