Coach, develop and support the continuous improvement of Branch Managers and their team.
Ensure all shops and counters consistently deliver excellent customer service to maximize sales opportunities in line with the company brand
Develop and communicate new ideas to drive the business forward
Use and analyses data to make business decisions
Liaise with Buyers, Designers and Space Merchandisers with regards to product selection for Area
Analyze sales across the area in terms of linear footage, site mapping and stock holding
Ensure excellent margin is maintained.
Ensures Area audit results are in line with acceptable limits, take action where results are unacceptable
