acid pretreated, and combined pretreated OPEFB are 2.8, 1.4, 0.7,
and 0.6, respectively. This further strengthened the fact that phosphoric
acid pretreatment is effective in reducing the crystallinity of
cellulose in OPEFB, which suggest the reason for its highest digestibility.
However, this crystallinity index cannot be alone an index
on the effectiveness of the enzymatic digestibility of the OPEFB
