Ninety of corn stover from different area were analysed for in vitro gas production and scanned by using NIRS at the wavelength region 1,100-2,500 nm. The spectrums were divided into 2 sets for calibration and validation. Modified Partial Least Squares in OPUS program was used to develope calibration equations for analysis of gas production parameters and nutritive value of corn stover.
