- Records of health and safety training / other relevant training (e.g. in the standards for forced labour, child labour, discrimination, harassment & abuse)
- Documentation regarding identification of H&S risks (e.g. through internal audits, formal risk analysis processes, worker involvement etc.)
- Any published, anonymous and/or open channels available for reporting any violations of Labour - standards and H&S or any other grievances to a 3rd party if applicable
- Records of any internationally recognized system certifications e.g. ISO 9000, 14000, OHSAS 18000, SA8000 (or other social audits) - Records of accidents
- Details of Accommodation provided by the company – tour if possible
- List of workers, their age, gender and nationality
- Gender breakdown of management and supervisors
- Salary list including overtime (personnel picked during factory tour)
- Working hours list including overtime (personnel picked during factory tour)
- Contracts of employment/employment agreements for both Thai and migrant labour (personnel picked during factory tour)
- The recruitment process for Thai and migrant labour (e.g. is an agency used? If yes, details of agencies and contractual arrangements including any fees lodged during the recruitment process; if the site have a system for checking labour standards of agencies?
- Documentation regulating any external processes if applicable (sub-contracting, home working etc.)
