commissioning, educational programs, and others. The industry task force provided input and case studies to assist with the categorisation of the ID credits.
In order for ECs to be able to take advantage of the above-noted analysis, each ID credit identified in Matrices 5-C was explained and summarised in an easy to understand standard format shown in Figure 1. Figures 2-5 display examples of ID credits in each category stated below:
. Approved – innovative: a successful example of an educational program (Figure 2).
. Approved – exemplary: a successful example of exemplary performance of EAc1 – optimise energy performance (Figure 3).
. Denied – innovative: an unsuccessful example that involved using environmental friendly and non-hazardous transformer oil (Figure 4).
. Denied – exemplary: an unsuccessful example of an energy saving strategy that was determined to be part of the regular EAc1 credit requirements (Figure 5).
