• Vigorously investigate all cost data input/output from the system. Communicate possible problem areas to the PM and those responsible for cost control, including the PCM.
•• Review internal and contract scope changes and discuss findings with PM before estimating the cost effect and entry in the cost control records.
• Prepare change orders or scope change requests.
• Supply reports from the system to all levels of management.
• Provide investigatory and analytical expertise to ensure a responsive and reliable cost system.
• Assist preparation quarterly corporate management review reports if required and highlight any critical areas and actions on same.
• Prepare the project final cost report with a brief analysis on that picture for the project close-out report, such as also serving as statistics for future projects.
