I know what you mean UF, and I understand your valid concern. It just isn't a big issue to me, as it's not that glaring at normal sight distance of about 2 feet. Most IDF planes have tight delineation of camo colors, but not all, and it depends on their age or duty. Many photos are of the planes after they've been cleaned up for display.
HM has trouble with this type of paint application, but with the high turnover rate of HK employees, I don't see it improving. I also don't know where else to buy models of this quality/price point.
