Team,
This is good example for “effective communication” e-mail that we highlight the change or aware points to receiver so that they are aware of the changes.
This can help to speed up their actions as well as minimize time lost for sending mail back and forth.
Example:
Effective e-mail: From our message, the receiver might be able to take immediate action as there is no question/doubt. [Just one mail can start an action]
Ineffective e-mail: Receiver might has some question/ doubt so has to write mail to clarify with us, we will also has to write another mail to reply back. [At least 3 correspondence mails]
So, I would like to encourage our team to take this as good practice for writing effective mail.
Thank you Gai-chan.
