Spotahome will hold the First Month's Rent until you move in and if no complaints about structural defects are received within the first 12 hours of your check-in, we will transfer the amount to the Landlord. If, for any reason, the Landlord does not accept your booking, Spotahome's customer service team will help you find other properties that match your preferences. If you do not accept any of those suggestions, we will refund you the First Month's Rent and Booking Fee in full.
