L23 – Those under counter wine chiller, we have re-located transformer for heated glass to under the cabinet instead and after testing the system is working properly.
Roof top bar – The handle of some units of bottle cooler is missing during transportation or move to the site so we will arrange the new handle for their replacement but we have received the new handle from factory around 2 days ago but the finish is not good as picture attached.
L2 – 2 units of wine cellar are placed properly on the location between decorative wall but there is some problem on the wiring as it’s not indicated clearly which electrical wire is for heated glass or for door frame. The system was working properly and temperature can achieve.
L2- 3 units of upright display, There is same problem with wine cellar as there is no label to indicate which electrical wire is for heater door frame while the door hinge for louver is missing during move to the site so we may arrange to send new hinges to them. The system was working properly and temperature can achieve.
I have ever informed factory for the problem on shipping mark or item no. for each unit but it seems that we have still same problem on this job because Entech team can not identify our equipments to match with item no. and we found that Metro is done very good in this case as they mentioned item no. (project item no.) which is very important when many equipments arrive on the site with limit space while all our equipments are just with job no. which is very useless for them and it should be for our internal use only. We have received this complain from Entech team that they can not match those drop in items with remote CDU so factory need to improve on this area.
