I know how important it is to receive you in-app purchases, without any interruptions. I too would reach out for support if I did not receive my in-app content but the funds were already take out of my account. After reviewing your case, I've been able to issue you a full refund. Within 10 business days, $7.99 should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.

I recommend that you avoid making any more in-app purchases from it until the developer confirms the issue is resolved.
If you want to uninstall the App, follow these steps (keep in mind that not all in-app content can be downloaded again for free, and that by uninstalling this app, you may also lose access to some of the in-app content you previously purchased):
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch:
1. Tap and hold the icon until it begins to wiggle.
2. Tap the X next to the icon.
3. Choose Delete.
