It is determined that women managers in food industry have a high level of contribution to the innovation. This result shows, how women managers in our country are contemporary and have confident on how much they care about innovation. In this regard more motivating and participating approaches should be implemented in the organization so it could bring big gains in the context of innovation. Turkish business life continues to evolve and change as open to innovation because of its young and dynamic structure. In this dynamic environment the share of women managers is significant in the context of innovative features.
