1874:
illegal to sell anyone born after 1868 into slavery (over the age of 21)
freed those born into slavery (after 1868) on their 21st birthday
1897:
no-one born after 1897 could sell themselves or others into slavery
1905 :
No people could become slaves, existing slaves would have their debts paid (4b/month) until free
All children of slaves to be freed immediately
1912 (King Rama VI) :
Slavery completely illegal
