Communication is known to be the hardest part with all matters, what ever they are. Also with our company we are not as good with the communication as we should be.
We have a regional organization that helps our network with all operative matters. But direct communication is anyway the fastest way to have answers.
Ongoing Kauhava projects
- with whatever matter you can contact our project manager. If the name is not known you could contact me and I will arrange connection between you and our project manager.
- all installation time part orders via backorder@primapower.com address or/and project manager email (absolutely not recommended to order installation time parts from LC, you would get invoiced)
- start up support via support@primapower.com or by phone to our support
After acceptance
- trouble shooting via support@primapower.com or by phone to our support
- part orders via LC
And naturally you can keep regional organization informed with all matters.
