The amount, rate, and intensity of land use and land cover are
very high in the dry tropical forest ecosystems of Chhattisgarh,
India. There is a dire need to evolve sustainable land use practices
for conserving diversity, enhancing productivity, carbon sequestration
and improving biogeochemical cycles. The present study
was conducted to analyze the land use, vegetation structure, diversity
