Refer to the below CST check with regards to DOI (Department Operating Instruction):
1. Select a sample of Departmental procedural documents (Departmental or Desk Operating Instructions, for example)
2. Review the selected procedural documents and ascertain whether segregation of duties is formally described
3. Identify and assess the control mechanisms implemented to enforce segregation of duties
For the above 3 points to be checked, there is a necessitate to know the list of DOIs we have which are related to us.
In this regards, request you all to please have the list of DOIs updated in the attached excel file (please feel free to add columns, if required in the attached excel for tracking / monitoring purpose) and store all the DOIs in “M:MISTEAMDOIs” folder.
