(ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZATION
in order to guarantee this PPJB is being done until AJB, then the SELLER give authority to the BUYER with right of substation, which are:
A. For and on behalf of the SELLER to do any acts of arrangements (daden van beheeren_ and acts of ownership (daden van eigendom) all of which with the meaning of anything without any action is being exception for the LAND and BUILDING
for that purpose, the BUYER is being given authority to:)
(i. Build, added a new building, change/renovate the existing building. ii. Sell, transfer the rights, transfer to other party or to the BUYER, rent it, use it as a partnership object upon the LAND and BUILDING with some requirements which is being considered good by the BUYER without any action is being excluded iii. Empty the LAND and BUILDING from all occupant and/or goods belongs to the occupant and/or the SELLER)
