1. Emissions
In Table 5, we first run the baseline scenarios, providing business-as-usual or reference paths of carbon emissions in non-Annex I countries and the world. Then, we calculate how much non-Annex I countries have to reduce their domestic emissions (in percentages below the reference) to meet the defined global CO2 targets in 2050, as illustrated in the last two columns. Note that positive percentages refer to allowed increases in emissions above the baselines.
