not happy at all with the location of my hotel. This hotel is not what it advertised in its pictures. My partner and I have been using booking.com our whole trip and have stayed in wonderful places. We were expecting to be on the beach but this island is all marsh/mud. Taking all day to get here from our last island, we were devastated. We are so unhappy with this location that we want to leave first thing in the morning. I understand that this is non-refundable and unfortunately I spent the most of our money on this "romantic" hotel seeing as how it was my last stop in thailand. Is there any way we can get some of the money back when we leave tomorrow morning or money credited so we can go to another place?
