All Bangkok Bank Visa or MasterCard credit cardholders and Bangkok Bank Debit cardholders (Be 1st)* qualify to use Bualuang iPay.
* Be 1st cardholders must create their own eight-digit reference code via Bualuang Phone 1333 or 66-2645-5555 before registering on Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode via the Bualuang iPay website
2. How do I apply for Bualuang iPay?
You can apply for Bualuang iPay via the Bangkok Bank website http://www.bangkokbank.com/bualuangipay or you can apply via an online merchant that is authorized by Visa International or MasterCard International (Activation During Shopping: ADS)
3. How do I get the Reference Code for Bualuang iPay (For Be 1st card holders)?
You can create your own reference code via Bualuang Phone (1333 or 66-2645-5555)

2) Press 7 to choose Verified by Visa
3) Press 1 to create a reference code for registering Verified by Visa
4) Enter your Be 1st card number

6) Create your own eight-digit reference code
7) Confirm your reference code

No. You have to cancel Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode by yourself by clicking on the menu item “Edit Profile” in the Bualuang iPay website http://www.bangkokbank.com/bualuangipay

You register via the Bangkok Bank website as follows:
1) Click on the Bualuang iPay website via http://www.bangkokbank.com/bualuangipay
2) Click "Register” Verified by Visa
3) Enter your credit card number then click "next"
4) Enter your personal data to identify yourself then click "next"
5) Enter all requested data then click "next"
6) The process will be completed when you click "Agree with the Terms and Conditions" then click "next"
- The registration will be completed when you use it for the first time when shopping – this is called ADS (Activated During Shopping)

4) Enter your Be1st card number then click "next"
5) Enter the reference code that you have attained from Bualuang Phone (1333 or 66-2645-5555) identify yourself then click "next"

13. What should I do if my Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode Account is locked?
1) For the Be1st card, you can create a new reference code or use the old one which is still valid, then register for Verified by Visa once again
2) For a credit card, you need to contact Bualuang Phone to unlock (1333 or 66-2645-5555)

1) Click on the Bualuang iPay website via http://www.bangkokbank.com/bualuangipay
2) Click "Edit Profile" Verified by Visa then click "next"
3) Enter your card number and your Verified by Visa password then click "next"

5) The process will be completed after you have entered the new VbV password then clicked "next"

22. If I have more than one BBL Visa, MasterCard or Be1st card can I only register one card?
You can only use the card that has been registered for a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode transaction. If you have another card that you want registered for either service it needs to be registered separately.
