2. After applying the Credit Amount to the total purchase price of the Unit, the Plaintiff agrees to pay the remaining balance in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the ASP, which shall be in accordance with the terms specified in the Quotation. The Defendant affirms and warrants that the total purchase price of the Unit is the price currently offered to all other potential purchasers of condominium units in the available projects mentioned above that are similar to the Unit, and that there are no premiums or additional charges included in the total purchase price of the Unit. The Defendant also affirms and warrants that the price of the Unit shall also include any market promotions available to any other potential purchasers of condominium units in the available projects mentioned above. If Plaintiff shall discover that the total purchase price of the Unit is not in accordance with the conditions set out in this Agreement or that the purchase price of the Unit does not include available market promotions, the Defendant shall pay the difference to the Plaintiff within seven (7) days from the date the Defendant receives written notice of the Plaintiff notifying Defendant of such difference together with reasonable evidence thereof. The Parties agree that the transfer fees for the Unit shall be shared equally between the Parties. The Defendant shall bear the responsibility of any income tax, specific business tax, stamp duty and any other payments incurred in transfer of ownership of the Unit.The Defendant accepts and agrees that the Plaintiff may, on her sole discretion and unilaterally, with no additional cost and expense (exclude any government fee incurred after the ownership was transferred to the Plaintiff), assign the rights under this Agreement or under the ASP to any other third party by sending notice 30 days in advance in writing to the Defendant. The Plaintiff shall procure Assignor to fully comply with terms and conditions of this Agreement.
