I believe we need to discuss an action plan how to respond to this problem. The current report is explaining the actions but I my opinion is not conclusive for the customer.
Furthermore we need to address the latest claim for angel hair found in 1SN 3/8” – the shipments were from beg of 2015.
Jason will be going over to the visit the customer in Taichang next week. Can we have a telco / lync call to agree on the action by tomorrow or Wednesday latest.
