Direct Supervisor: Operations Manager
The Operations Officer reports direct to the Operations Manager, in the daily administration and operation matters in the school campus. He/She will assist the Operation manager for the daily reports, operations, sourcing and coordinate with the contractors, and other assigned tasks.
Reporting to the Operation Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, this position’s primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth interface between campus management and the selected contractors besides ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents as and when required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the operation systems, reports, processes and policies are carried out correctly and efficiently.
Preparation of the document (Purchase request, Quotation comparison, information of the operations requirement and any other related information is consistent with the policies and is well managed.
Assist the Operations Manager to develop the plans, project, to meet the needs of the day.
Sourcing appropriate contractors/suppliers to meet the needs and requirement for school.
Oversee all works and review as directed by Operation Manager.
