Discuss progress on Development plan and goals, and exchange feedback reflecting on what has been good so far and what can be better
Note that the following fields have to be filled in for all goals: Category, Due Date, Status, and Goal Rating.
Give an overall evaluation indicating how much you are on track, based on performance in first half of the year. (note: this might not apply for all BUs.).
