Each analyzed sample were prepared from 15 commercial samples
(with same lot number), and for each commercial samples (with
same lot number) an aliquot of 33.33 mL were collected and transferred
directly to amber glass bottles, a total of 500 mL per analyzed
sample were collected. The samples were homogenized and
degassed in an ultrasonic bath, sealed and stored under refrigerated
conditions (4 C). A total of 22 samples of different brands (orange
and grape) of carbonated soft were analyzed (Table 2).
