1 - Put the Croissants into the oven and press START 1- Before baking the Firecracker, eggwash and garnish Firecracker Sausages
2 - In the meantime go to the freezer and take out Firecracker Sausages 2 - Put into the oven and press START
3 - Place 8pcs per tray and put back into the oven trolley to defrost 3 - Now go to the freezer and take out Tuna Puff, Sardine Puff, Mini Chicken Mushroom Pie
4 - Once Croissants are ready take out from the oven 4 - Put all 3 trays into the oven trolley to defrost
5 - Croissants don’t need any glaze or eggwash 5 -Once Firecrackers are ready take out from the oven and transfer to display
6 - Transfer to Display 6 -Press program Nr. 12 to prepare the oven for next baking
7 - Press program Nr. 8 to prepare for next baking
