Your Line Manager prepares an Induction plan for you which will help you get started and which will introduce you to Pöyry and the tools we use. If you have not yet received this induction plan, please speak with your Line Manager

ü Click on the People@Pöyry tool, add your CV, business-like photo and phone number there, and ensure that your personal information is correct. In addition, visit the Employee Self Services section
ü Complete the eLearning Induction course to understand Pöyry, it’s roots, strategy, and much more!
ü Study our Code of Conduct and pass the eLearning test to get to know our company

Your Line Managers Role during your induction period
Your Line Manager has an important role helping you settle in your new team. Your Line Manager, will help familiarise you with all of the practicalities related to your work and your team and the way in which Pöyry operates. Ask, if you feel that something is not totally clear!
